Obviously, I love trying beauty products, particularly those that focus on anti-aging. However, I definitely view most with a healthy dose of skepticism. I treat them like a young, single woman would probably treat the guys she is dating. Some products, are just good for a night or two of fun. Some products are worth getting to know a bit more and experiment with for several weeks or more. Then there are those that are worth marrying. Shiseido Future Solution LX Ultimate Regenerating Serum falls into the last category.
Future Solution LX Ultimate Regenerating Serum is an anti-aging serum that increases the plumpness, resilience and radiance of skin. The serum is formulated with Soft Glow Powder to immediately increase the evenness of skintone. When I first applied some to my skin, I immediately noticed the moderately strong perfume-like scent. It wasn’t bad, but just seemed strong for a skincare product. Thankfully, it dissipated quickly. The serum was absorbed into my skin equally quickly and I was left with smooth, radiant skin.
I immediately noticed that my skin was significantly more hydrated – no more dry patches. I also noticed that my skin looked brighter and smoother after the first application. The product appeared to immediately plump my minor fine lines. Over time, my pores have also become less noticeable. After several weeks of use, my skin looked brighter, smoother and more refined and any fine lines or wrinkles that I had were much less noticeable. My husband and a few of my friends even asked me “What did you do to your skin, it looks amazing.”
Although the serum is a bit pricey, you truly only need to use a small amount of product for effective coverage. Shiseido’s Future Solution LX Ultimate Regenerating Serum is definitely a luxe, ”investment” product, but absolutely worth it. Think of it as an investment in the future, fabulous you!
