One of our favorite cosmetics brands, NARS Cosmetics, just announced that they will be finally be launching a line of tinted moisturizers! If it leaves the same amazing finish as their Pro-Prime Pore Refining Primer, I know we’ll be hooked from Day 1.
Of particular interest to us is the fact that the product will include a number of ingredients that have anti-aging benefits such as an ingredient called kopara, which is said to encourage skin cell renewal and also keep skin hydrated; a vitamin C derivative intended to brighten and help minimize hyperpigmentation; and SPF 30 and PA +++ UVA protection (compared with SPF 20 in one of our current favorite tinted moisturizers, Laura Mercier). Interestingly, I haven’t seen any indication of whether the new range of tinted moisturizers will include an oil-free version (fingers crossed).
Nordstrom will be the first to offer the product on February 1, followed by the NARS Cosmetics website and their New York City flagship boutique on February 15. The full global launch is planned for March.
