After yesterday’s loss of 2.2 lbs, I practically ran to the scale this morning. I was pleased to see that I had lost another 1.6 lbs! I’m used to the taste of the juices so today was a breeze. I even managed to drink all six of them. I honestly feel like I could continue on for another 2 or 3 days.
However, I have to admit that I was a tinge hungry at times today. It may be that I am starting to have visions of sushi dancing in my head. Alas, there will be no sushi or other meat or carb-loaded meals for me tomorrow. BluePrint Cleanse recommends that for “re-entry” you slowly add solid food to your diet starting with fruits and veggies with high water content like watermelon or cucumbers and then add salads and broths. I will be following the instructions to a “tee” since I am desperate to maintain at least a couple of pounds of weight loss from this experience.
The BluePrint Renovation Cleanse was far easier and pleasant tasting than I imagined it would be. I feel really good physically and feel like I have increased mental clarity. I definitely see more juice cleanses in my future. Next time, I think I may even try the next level cleanse, the Foundation Cleanse.

Thanks for this review! I’d been searching the Internet for reviews of the BluePrint Renovation Cleanse to see if I wanted to risk trying it, & after reading yours, I’ve decided I do. I’m going to go buy the juices from Whole Foods on Monday. So much cheaper than ordering online!
Awesome! Glad we could help. I saw BPC at my local WF the other day and am thinking about doing it again. I definitely need it after the holidays.
